Instructions

Preparation

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for about 30 minutes to prevent burning during cooking.
  • Cut the chicken into 3-inch pieces and toss them in olive oil along with garlic powder, dry ranch seasoning, pepper, dill, salt, paprika, and onion powder.

Assembling and Cooking

  • Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto soaked skewers tightly together.
  • Melt butter in a microwave-safe bowl, mix in the minced garlic, parsley, hot sauce, red pepper flakes, ranch seasoning, dill, and onion powder to create the garlic parmesan butter.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Cook the skewers in batches for 5 minutes, flipping and brushing with garlic parmesan sauce, then cook for an additional 2 minutes. Flip again, baste, and continue cooking for another 5 to 6 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).

Serving

  • Brush the skewers with any remaining garlic parmesan sauce and sprinkle with additional grated parmesan and fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Marinate the chicken for a couple of hours for best flavor. You can add cherry tomatoes or bell pepper for added color and taste. Serve with zucchini noodles or side salad for a fresh complement.
