  • 250 ml almond milk Creamy and nutty, this plant-based milk provides a rich base.
  • 200 g plain yogurt Adds a tangy flavor and boosts nutritional profile.
  • 2 ripe bananas Soft and sweet, provides natural sweetness.
  • 150 g blueberries Bursting with antioxidants, fresh or frozen.
  • 2 tablespoons honey Naturally sweet, adds health benefits.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Peel the bananas and cut them into chunks.
  • Let frozen blueberries thaw a little if needed.
  • Put bananas, blueberries, yogurt, honey, and almond milk into a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add a splash more almond milk if you want it thinner.
  • Taste and add a little more honey if you like it sweeter.
  • Pour into glasses and serve right away.

Notes

For an extra burst of nutrition, consider adding spinach or kale. You can also toss in chia or flaxseeds. Ripe bananas yield a naturally sweeter smoothie.
