Instructions

Preparation

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened butter and cream cheese. Beat until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Scoop 1 tablespoon of dough, roll into a ball, and place them 2 inches apart on baking sheets. Press down slightly.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Allow to cool before dusting with extra sugar if desired.
