Ingredients

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and prepare a loaf pan by greasing it and lining it with parchment paper.

Mix Dry Ingredients

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

Combine Wet Ingredients

  • In another bowl, combine the melted butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth and glossy.

Mix Batter

  • Gradually fold the dry mixture into the wet mixture, being careful not to overmix. Stir in the chocolate chips and chopped dark chocolate.

Bake

  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Let the brownie bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice thickly to serve.
