  • 1/4 cup shredded Gouda Smoky and rich, Gouda balances the heat of the buffalo chicken.
  • 1 tbsp Frank’s RedHot Original Hot Sauce Infuses authentic buffalo flavor while allowing you to control the heat.

Dough Ingredients

  • 2 cans Pillsbury Grands! Buttermilk Biscuits Flaky and buttery, they create a yummy crispy shell.
  • 2 tbsp melted butter For brushing on top, enhancing the golden color and flavor.
  • 1 tsp kosher salt Just the right touch to elevate all the flavors.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 13×9-inch baking dish.
  • In a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat, combine cream cheese, blue cheese dressing, crumbled blue cheese, Monterey Jack, Fontina, Gouda, and Frank’s RedHot sauce. Stir until the mixture melts and becomes creamy.
  • Gently fold in the pulled buffalo chicken. Allow this mix to cool on a tray in the fridge for a few minutes.

Forming and Baking

  • Divide the mixture into 16 equal portions. Flatten each Pillsbury Grands! Buttermilk Biscuit into a 5-inch round. Place one portion of the filling in the center.
  • Fold the edges over the filling and pinch tightly to secure the stuffing inside.
  • Arrange the formed bombs seam-side down in your greased baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30–35 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

Serving

  • Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with kosher salt. Serve hot with extra blue cheese dressing and Frank’s RedHot for additional heat.

Notes

You can prepare the filling ahead of time. Adjust hot sauce based on spice tolerance. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
