  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the Rice Chex, mini pretzel sticks, and Cheerios, and gently mix together.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips, adding coconut oil for a smoother consistency. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted and smooth.
  • Pour the melted chocolate over the cereal mixture and quickly toss to coat all ingredients evenly before the chocolate starts to set.
  • Sprinkle in the pastel M&M’s and spring sprinkles while the chocolate is still wet, folding them in gently.
  • Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and allow it to cool completely at room temperature or refrigerate for faster setting.
  • Once set, break the mix into clusters and serve in bowls, jars, or festive containers.
