  • 2 pieces freeze-dried strawberries or 1 tbsp strawberry powder Enhances the strawberry flavor with intense fruitiness.
  • 1 tsp melted butter Helps bind the crumb mixture together.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Gently wash the strawberries under cool running water. Pat them dry using a paper towel.
  • Slice each strawberry in half lengthwise and scoop out a tiny cavity in the center of each half.
  • Sprinkle a touch of lemon juice over the strawberries to prevent browning and enhance their flavors.

Make the Cheesecake Filling

  • Beat the cream cheese until fluffy and smooth, then gradually add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and heavy cream.
  • Mix until well combined, then transfer the filling into a piping bag or ziplock bag for easy piping.

Prepare the Crunchy Topping

  • Pulse the golden Oreos and freeze-dried strawberries in a food processor until they resemble fine crumbs.
  • Stir melted butter into the crumbs until well combined.

Assemble & Chill

  • Pipe the cheesecake filling into each strawberry half and sprinkle the crunchy topping over the filling.
  • Refrigerate the assembled strawberries for at least 15 to 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Choose plump, firm strawberries for best results. You can prepare the filling and crumb topping ahead of time. Customize the flavors with different extracts.
