Instructions

Preparation of Garlic Bread

  • Mix softened butter with minced garlic, grated parmesan, and parsley to create a flavorful spread.
  • Generously spread this mixture on the insides of your hoagie rolls.
  • Toast them in a skillet or oven until golden and crispy.

Cooking the Filling

  • In a skillet over medium heat, sauté sliced onions in olive oil until soft and golden, about 5–7 minutes.
  • Remove onions from the skillet and set aside.
  • Increase heat to high, add thinly sliced steak, and sear until browned, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  • Combine sautéed onions with steak to meld the flavors.

Assembling the Sandwiches
