Instructions

Preparation

  • Fold in the mini chocolate chips with a spatula.
  • Line an 8×4-inch loaf pan with parchment paper and press the cookie dough evenly into the bottom.

Freezing

  • Place the pan in the freezer for about 30 minutes to firm up the dough.

Coating
