Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
  • Cut the croissants into halves or thirds and arrange them in the greased baking dish, generously layering with chocolate chips.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, whole milk, heavy cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until well-combined.
  • Pour the custard mixture evenly over the croissant pieces and gently press down to soak. Let sit for about 10 minutes.

Baking
