Instructions

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, whip the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Add the crumbled feta cheese, chopped dried cranberries, toasted pecans, finely chopped green onions, honey (if using), garlic powder, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
  • Lay a flour tortilla flat and spread an even layer of the creamy mixture over the entire surface of the tortilla.
  • Starting at one end, roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
  • Wrap each log in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  • Use a sharp knife to slice the chilled rolls into 1-inch pinwheels. Arrange on a platter.

Notes

For extra flavor, experiment with fresh herbs like dill or basil. Use room temperature cream cheese for easier blending. Refrigerate tightly wrapped to maintain shape.
