Instructions

Preparation

  • Gather your ingredients and tools, including a medium bowl and a spatula or spoon for mixing.
  • In the bowl, add the softened cream cheese and crumbled feta cheese. Mix until smooth.
  • Fold in the dried cranberries, green onions, and parsley. Stir well to evenly distribute.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Spread an even layer of the cranberry feta mixture over each tortilla, leaving a small border.
  • Roll each tortilla tightly to enclose the filling.
  • Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour.
  • After chilling, slice each roll into 1-inch pieces.
  • Arrange the slices on a serving platter and serve.

Notes

Allow the pinwheels to chill for at least one hour to enhance the flavor. These pinwheels can be made a day in advance.
