Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Using kitchen shears, carefully cut along the top shell of each lobster tail to expose the meat. Gently lift out the meat while keeping it attached at the base.

Cooking

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter until frothy and aromatic.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream, followed by the Parmesan cheese and lemon juice. Stir constantly for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  • Season to taste with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and spoon the garlic butter sauce over the exposed meat. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the meat is opaque and fully cooked.

Serving

  • Sprinkle chopped parsley over the lobster tails and serve immediately with lemon wedges.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Consider adding herbs for variations or a dash of red pepper flakes for heat.
