Instructions

Preparation

  • Start by soaking the shrimp in buttermilk for about 15 minutes.

Cooking

  • Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or frying pan to 350°F (175°C).
  • Remove the shrimp from the buttermilk and dredge each piece in the flour mixture.
