Instructions

Preparation

  • Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  • Sprinkle the ranch seasoning mix and the au jus mix evenly over the chicken.
  • Place sliced butter on top of the chicken.
  • Add the pepperoncini peppers around the chicken.
  • Pour ΒΌ cup of pepperoncini juice over all the ingredients.

Cooking

  • Cover the crockpot and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.

Serving

  • Once cooking time is up, use two forks to shred the chicken directly in the crockpot.
  • Mix everything together and serve the chicken over mashed potatoes, rice, or in a sandwich roll.
