Instructions

Preparation

  • Combine olive oil, lemon juice, grated ginger, clover honey, and sea salt in a jar. Shake well until fully blended.
  • Rinse all the vegetables thoroughly, dry them, and chop into bite-sized pieces, keeping textures uniform.
  • Coarsely chop the almonds to release their oils for enhanced flavor.

Assembly

  • In a large mixing bowl, toss all the chopped vegetables, nuts, and seeds together.
  • Pour the prepared vinaigrette over the salad and gently toss to coat evenly.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes
