Preparation

  • Assemble the S’mores: Place a piece of chocolate and a marshmallow (or fluff) between two graham cracker squares and gently press them together.
  • Prepare the Batter: In a shallow bowl, whisk together flour, egg, and milk until smooth.
  • Coat the Sandwiches: Dip each assembled s’more into the batter, ensuring they are completely coated, then roll them in graham cracker crumbs.
  • Heat the Oil: In a deep pan, heat the oil to 350°F (175°C).
  • Fry the S’mores: Carefully place the coated s’mores in the hot oil, frying for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
