Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the lump crab meat, softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, and the beaten egg. Stir until completely blended.
  • Take small portions of the crab mixture and shape them into bite-sized balls, compact enough to hold their shape. Place on a greased baking sheet.
  • Drizzle the melted butter over each crab bomb.

Cooking

  • Bake the crab bombs in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
  • Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired. Serve hot.
