Cooking

  • Boil a pot of water and cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and discard the seasoning packets.
  • In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté minced garlic for 1–2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
  • Stir in heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, chicken broth, soy sauce, and sriracha, letting it simmer for about 3–4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  • Add the drained ramen noodles to the sauce, tossing to coat.
  • Return the cooked chicken to the pan, mixing until well combined and heated through.
