  • 1 pound imitation crab meat, cubed or flaked
  • 1 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/2 medium red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped For added flavor
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Freshly squeezed is recommended

  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

Preparation

  • Chop the imitation crab, celery, red onion, and fresh dill into uniform pieces.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped imitation crab, celery, red onion, and dill.
  • Sprinkle in the Old Bay seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, and drizzle the lemon juice. Follow this by adding the mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Stir gently until everything is fully mixed.
  • Top your salad with extra dill and chopped green onions before serving. Enjoy immediately or chill in the fridge for up to three days.

Notes

Feel free to add hot sauce for extra kick, use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise for a healthier version, or add diced bell peppers or cucumbers for extra crunch.
