Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, marinara sauce, mozzarella, parmesan, garlic powder, and oregano. Mix until well incorporated.

Assembly

  • Flatten a piece of dough into a circle and place a heaping spoonful of filling in the center. Fold and pinch edges to seal.
  • Arrange the bombs seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush with melted garlic butter and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.

Baking

  • Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

For extra crispy outside, broil for an additional 5 minutes after baking. Avoid overfilling the dough to prevent bursting during bake.
