Instructions

Preparation

  • Melt 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
  • Introduce the ground turkey, breaking it apart with a spatula. Season with onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes until browned.

Cooking

  • Steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Add the cooked cauliflower to the skillet with the turkey. Stir in the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and combine well.
  • Stir in chopped spinach and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes until it wilts.

Final Touches

  • Remove from heat, add chopped parsley and lemon juice, stir together, and serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days. For freezing, omit spinach and freeze the cooked turkey and cauliflower for up to three months.
