Instructions

Preparation

  • Roast the garlic cloves until golden and soft. Once cooled, mash into a smooth paste.
  • In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter, roasted garlic paste, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth.
  • Fold in the parsley, thyme, rosemary, sea salt, and black pepper until evenly distributed.
  • Transfer the mixture onto parchment paper, shape into a log and roll tightly, twisting the ends to secure.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm. Slice into thick rounds for use.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 6 months. Can experiment with different herbs like chives or oregano.
