Instructions

Preparation

  • Heat the olive oil in a medium-sized pan over medium heat.
  • Add the panko breadcrumbs and garlic powder to the pan. Stir continuously until the breadcrumbs are golden and fragrant. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean surface.
  • On each tortilla, add a few slices of grilled chicken, a spoonful of creamy Alfredo sauce, shredded mozzarella or provolone, and grated Parmesan.
  • Carefully roll each tortilla tightly and place the wraps seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
  • Spoon any remaining Alfredo sauce over the top of the wraps.
  • Sprinkle the toasted panko breadcrumbs and more grated Parmesan over the wraps.
  • Broil on high for 2-3 minutes, or until the tops are bubbly and golden.
  • Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Try sautéing bell peppers or spinach for added nutrition and flavor. Leftover rotisserie chicken makes this recipe even easier.
