Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the cooked shrimp and sprinkle in the Old Bay seasoning. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the shrimp is warmed through. Remove from heat.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the sautéed shrimp with mayonnaise, minced garlic, chopped dill, chopped chives, shredded Cheddar Jack cheese, along with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well until everything is fully incorporated.
  • Take your sliced ciabatta loaf and spread the shrimp mixture generously over both halves.

Baking

  • Place the ciabatta on a baking sheet and bake for 10-13 minutes, or until the cheese is melty and bubbly, creating a lovely golden crust.
  • Once done, slice the ciabatta into sticks and serve warm.
