Preparation

  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, pour in the milk and begin warming slowly.
  • Add the turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, and black pepper. Stir constantly to combine.
  • Stir in the maple syrup (or honey) and the optional coconut oil or ghee, whisking until smooth and steamy.
  • Use a handheld frother or whisk vigorously to create a light foam on top.
