For the Creamy Garlic Sauce

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, add your bite-sized pieces of boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss everything well until the chicken is evenly coated with the spice mixture.
  • Heat your grill to medium-high.
  • If you enjoy skewers, thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers.

Grilling

  • Place the chicken (or skewers) on the grill and cook for about 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally until the chicken is fully cooked and has beautiful grill marks.
  • While the chicken is grilling, combine the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Mix well until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  • Once grilled, let the chicken bites rest for a few minutes.

Serving

  • Serve the warm chicken bites with the creamy garlic sauce either on the side or drizzled on top. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider marinating the chicken pieces in the spice mixture for a few hours or overnight before grilling. Add cayenne pepper or chili powder for some heat. Use a light cooking oil spray instead of olive oil if desired. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning. Do not overcrowd the grill to ensure even cooking.
