Instructions

Marinate the Chicken

  • Mix the chicken pieces with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Ensure even coating and marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Make the Garlic Sauce

  • In a pan, melt the butter over medium heat, add minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Then add heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese. Simmer for about 5 minutes until slightly thickened, then stir in lemon juice and a pinch of salt.

Grill the Chicken

  • Preheat the grill over medium-high heat. Grill marinated chicken for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
