Instructions

Preparation

  • Begin by heating the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 3 to 4 minutes until the onions become soft and transparent.
  • Next, add the ground beef to the skillet. Break it into smaller pieces and brown for about 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Once the beef is browned, stir in the chopped spinach, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 3 to 4 minutes until the spinach has wilted.
  • Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the top.
  • Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Can be frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat in a skillet over low heat or microwave.
