Instructions

Preparation

  • Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 3–4 minutes until soft.
  • Add the ground beef to the skillet, stirring occasionally. Cook for 5–7 minutes, or until browned.
  • Stir in the spinach, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 3–4 minutes until the spinach has wilted.
  • Remove from heat and sprinkle crumbled feta over the mixture.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Adding a squeeze of lemon juice before serving can brighten the flavors. You can also add vegetables like bell peppers or zucchini.
