  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined plump and succulent
  • 12 oz jumbo pasta shells large and inviting, perfect for scooping up sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey golden and sweet
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions bright and crisp
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese melty and gooey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced aromatic and flavorful
  • 1 cup heavy cream rich and creamy
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil or butter for cooking and flavor
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce non-alcoholic, salty and umami

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil or butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add the shrimp, honey, soy sauce, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Cook for 3–4 minutes until the shrimp turns pink.
  • Stir in the heavy cream and half of the mozzarella cheese until melted and blended into a creamy sauce.
  • In a large baking dish, combine the cooked pasta shells with the shrimp sauce, ensuring each shell is coated.
  • Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese and chopped green onions on top. Bake for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  • Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Use fresh shrimp for the best flavor; frozen shrimp works if fully thawed. Experiment with different cheeses and herbs for variations.
