  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the lime mixture.
  • In another bowl, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter.
  • Layer in a trifle dish starting with the graham cracker mixture followed by lime cream filling; repeat until ingredients are used up, finishing with lime cream on top.
  • Top with fresh whipped cream and garnish with lime slices and zest.
  • Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
