Ingredients

For the meatballs

For the spicy mayo dip

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise Creamy base for the dip.
  • 1-2 tbsp sriracha Adjust based on spice preference.
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar or lime juice Adds a splash of acidity.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and lightly grease it.
  • In a large bowl, combine all meatball ingredients. Mix until well incorporated without overworking.
  • Roll mixture into 1½-inch meatballs and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.

Cooking

  • Bake the meatballs for 18-20 minutes, or until browned and cooked through. Broil for an additional 2 minutes for caramelization.
  • In a separate bowl, stir together all spicy mayo dip ingredients and adjust spiciness to taste.

Serving

  • Drizzle the meatballs with spicy mayo or serve separately for dipping. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped scallions.
