Instructions

Preparation

  • Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped spinach and sun-dried tomatoes, then sprinkle in the garlic powder and oregano. Sauté this mixture for about 2 minutes until the spinach wilts down.
  • Remove from heat and set the mixture aside for assembly.

Butter the Bread

  • Spread softened butter generously over one side of each slice of rustic bread.

Assemble the Sandwich

  • With the buttered side facing down, layer the sandwich with mozzarella, feta, and cheddar cheeses.
  • Add the sautéed spinach and sun-dried tomato mixture on top of the cheese.
