Ingredients

Crust

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line 18 muffin cups with foil-lined wrappers.
  • In a bowl, stir together the melted butter and graham cracker crumbs.
  • Press about 1 tablespoon of the mixture into the bottom of each muffin cup to form the crust.

Making the Filling

  • In a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  • Add eggs, sour cream, vanilla, and flour; blend well until incorporated.
  • Spoon the cream cheese filling into each crust, filling about 1/2 inch from the top.

Baking and Cooling

  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, until the centers are slightly jiggly.
  • Let cool for 20 minutes in the pan before refrigerating.
  • Chill for at least 2 hours to set completely.

Serving

  • Before serving, spoon cherry pie filling over each cheesecake.
