Instructions

Preparation

  • Blend the golden Oreo crumbs until fine, then add melted butter, salt, and red food coloring. Pulse until well combined.
  • Spray a 9-inch springform pan with non-stick spray and press the crust mixture evenly into the bottom and sides. Place in the freezer.
  • Combine the blue raspberry Jell-O with 1 cup of boiling water and stir until dissolved. Set aside to cool.
  • Whip together the heavy cream, 1 cup of powdered sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla until soft peaks form. Set aside.
  • Beat softened cream cheese, 1 cup of powdered sugar, and remaining vanilla until smooth.
  • Gently fold half of the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Mix the cooled Jell-O with the remaining whipped cream.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the crust, then carefully pour the Jell-O mixture on top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 5 hours or overnight.

Topping and Serving

  • Beat together softened cream cheese and butter for the topping until fluffy. Add the vanilla extract and powdered sugar until smooth.
