Ingredients

Instructions

Make the Swirl

  • Combine the blueberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a small saucepan. Simmer over medium heat until juicy and thickened, about 5 minutes. Let cool before blending until smooth. Chill until ready to use.

Blend the Base

  • In a blender, combine the frozen pineapple, coconut cream, coconut rum (if using), sweetened condensed milk, and crushed ice. Blend until silky smooth and frothy.

Layer the Magic

  • Drizzle the chilled blueberry swirl inside glasses. Gently pour in the coconut mixture, allowing the colors to swirl naturally.

Top and Shine

  • Rim glasses with crystal sugar. Top drinks with whipped cream and sprinkle with sugared blueberries.

Notes
