Instructions

Prepare the crust

  • In a medium-sized bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until well incorporated.
  • Press the mixture firmly into the base of a 9-inch springform pan to form an even layer.
  • Chill the crust in the refrigerator while preparing the cheesecake filling.

Make the cheesecake filling
