Instructions

Preparation

  • In a medium bowl, combine the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies and melted butter. Stir until well-combined and resembles wet sand.
  • Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan to create an even layer. Chill in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to set.

Filling
