Instructions

Preparation

  • Combine chocolate cookie crumbs with melted butter in a medium bowl until well coated and resembling wet sand.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create the crust; refrigerate.

Filling

  • Beat the softened cream cheese with a hand mixer until smooth in a large bowl.
  • Gradually add in peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla; mix until smooth.
  • Gently fold in the whipped cream using a spatula until no streaks remain.

Assembly
