Instructions

Preparation

  • Stir in the vanilla extract, lemon zest, and orange zest.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gently fold the dry ingredients into the ricotta mixture until just combined.

Baking

  • Pour the batter into the prepared pie pan and smooth the top.
