Instructions

Preparation

  • Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Lightly brush the cut sides of the peach halves with olive oil.
  • Place peaches cut-side down on the grill and cook for 2–3 minutes, until caramelized.
  • Set the peaches aside to cool slightly.
  • Allow burrata to sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes before serving.

Assembly

  • On each plate, place one or two grilled peach halves.
  • Nestle a burrata ball next to or atop the peaches.
  • Drizzle generously with olive oil, scatter fresh basil leaves, and finish with a pinch of sea salt.
  • Serve immediately for best experience.

Notes

For optimal flavor, serve immediately. Leftovers can be stored separately in the fridge for up to one day.
