Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a skillet, brown the sausage over medium heat until fully cooked, then drain the excess grease.
  • In a large bowl, beat the eggs with milk, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Incorporate the softened cream cheese into the egg mixture and whisk until blended.
  • Mix in the cooked sausage and frozen hashbrowns until combined.
  • Pour the mixture into the baking dish and spread it evenly.

Baking

Notes
