Preparation

  • Spoon a generous amount of the creamy spinach mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
  • Roll each triangle up towards the point, tucking in the sides slightly to keep the filling secure.
  • Place the rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced evenly.
  • Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter, then sprinkle with grated Parmesan and a touch of cracked black pepper.
