Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan (optional) For extra richness.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  • In a bowl, combine crab meat, chopped shrimp, breadcrumbs, melted butter, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, parsley, dill, salt, pepper, and Parmesan (if using). Gently mix these ingredients.
  • Place the salmon fillet on the baking sheet. Make a slit lengthwise down the center to create a pocket.
  • Spoon the seafood mixture into the pocket, ensuring it is well-filled.

Cooking

  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily and the stuffing is golden.
  • Sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

Select quality seafood, don’t overmix the stuffing, and feel free to experiment with herbs. Adjust seasoning to taste.
