Preparation

  • Wash the red or Yukon gold potatoes thoroughly and halve or quarter them into even pieces.

Combine Ingredients

  • In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with the Lipton Onion Soup Mix, olive oil, melted butter, minced garlic, black pepper, and paprika (if using). Ensure they are well coated.

Prepare the Slow Cooker

  • Lightly grease the slow cooker with cooking spray or a bit of oil. Transfer the seasoned potatoes into the cooker, spreading them out for even cooking.
