Instructions

Preparing the Egg

  • Boil the egg for 7 minutes. After boiling, plunge it into an ice bath to stop cooking, then peel and slice.

Preparing the Yogurt Base

  • Spoon the thick Greek yogurt into a bowl, sprinkle with salt and mix gently. Spread yogurt into a smooth layer.

Making the Spicy Butter

  • Melt butter in a small pan over medium heat. Add gochujang, minced garlic, chili flakes, and lemon juice, stirring until a vibrant sauce forms.
