Instructions

Preparation

  • Blend everything: In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine cottage cheese, roasted red pepper, nutritional yeast, garlic, smoked paprika, ground cumin, chili powder, olive oil, and a sprinkle of salt.
  • Adjust heat: After blending, taste and adjust the heat by adding more chili or hot sauce if desired.
  • Heat gently (optional): For a warm dip, pour it into a saucepan and warm it over low heat, stirring constantly; alternatively, microwave in 30-second intervals.
  • Garnish and serve: Transfer to a serving bowl and top with diced jalapeños, chopped cilantro, drizzle extra olive oil, and sprinkle smoked paprika before serving.
