Beef Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise For the creamy sauce.
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha Adds spice to the creamy sauce.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Boil the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
  • In a small bowl, mix together the gochujang, soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes until smooth.
  • Toss the cooked ramen noodles with the sauce until they are thoroughly coated.

Cooking Beef

  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat, add the sliced beef, and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
  • In another small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sriracha, sesame oil, and garlic powder. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Assembling

  • Place the spicy ramen noodles in a bowl, top with grilled beef slices, and drizzle the creamy sauce over the top.
