Instructions

Preparation of Mint-Chili Syrup

  • Combine honey (or agave), lime juice, finely chopped chili, and water in a small saucepan.
  • Over medium heat, bring the mixture to a gentle simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the fresh mint. Allow it to cool completely.

Assembling the Skewers

  • Take one wooden skewer and thread a cube of watermelon onto it, followed by a cube of feta cheese.
  • Continue this alternating pattern until the skewer is filled, creating an eye-catching display.

Serving

  • Arrange skewers on a serving platter and drizzle the cooled mint-chili syrup generously over them.
